The fee of a session will be reduced by any CCB and JET fee reductions as assessed by the Family Assistance Office.
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Fees must be paid at least fortnightly. Bookings may be cancelled for overdue accounts. Should you leave the Centre with money owing the account will be placed in the hands of a collection service and you will be charged collection fees.
DISCOUNT FOR WEEKLY BOOKING
A discount of $10.00 is given for weekly bookings, ie. five full days. Weekly fee is therefore $280.00.
LATE COLLECTION:
Parents who collect their children after 6.00pm will incur a late fee of $10.00 per 10minute per child, for which CCB is not claimable. This will apply even when notice is given.
SPECIAL CHILD CARE BENEFIT
Parents whose family circumstances suddenly change, causing short term financial difficulties may be eligible for Special Child Care Benefit. More information is available from the Centre or from the FAO.
JOBS EDUCATION AND TRAINING CHILD CARE FEE ASSISTANCE (JETCCFA)
Parents can apply for assistance to reduce fees when seeking employment and conducting education and or training. The FAO is point of contact for details of eligibility
CHILD CARE TAX REBATE
Please note: Parents can receive a 50% tax rebate on out of pocket cost of child care fees provided the family has met work/training/study tests and other eligibility requirements.
